Customer Assurance Plan

Are you aware that you own the wiring in your home? Repair of your telephone, cable TV and/or Internet wiring could be a costly expense.

Overtime charges may apply if technicians are asked to respond outside normal business hours. To avoid paying these rates, sign-up for our maintenance plan.

The maintenance plan covers the repair or replacement of your wiring for the following:

Interior telephone wiring and jacks
Interior cable TV wiring
Interior Internet wiring installed by American Broadband

The plan does not cover: intentional damage caused by customer or multi-line phone systems

Option One – 20¢ per minute for all calls made within the United States* with no monthly fees. This plan is available in most communities in Nebraska.

Option Two – As low as 7¢ per minute
Out-of-state* calls are 7¢ per minute and in-state calls are 10¢ per minute. No monthly fees. This plan is available to American Broadband Nebraska telephone customers who subscribe to the caller ID package**.

Option Three – Your first 20 minutes of long-distance each month are free. After that, all calls are 12¢ per minute. No monthly fees. This plan is available to American Broadband Nebraska telephone customers who subscribe to the caller ID package, the voice mail package** or the home connections package** and either cable television service or Internet access from American Broadband Nebraska.
