Overtime charges may apply if technicians are asked to respond outside normal business hours. To avoid paying these rates, sign-up for our customer assurance plan.
The customer assurance plan covers the repair or replacement of your wiring for the following:
- Interior telephone wiring and jacks
- Interior cable TV wiring
- Interior Internet wiring installed by American Broadband
The plan does not cover intentional damage caused by customer or multi-line phone systems.
